The City of Plano is thrilled to announce that this April, the City is partnering with Via to launch Plano Rides—a new transit service specifically designed to increase independence and access for our seniors over 65.

Because your organization is a pillar of support for Plano's seniors, we invite you to a community forum to introduce the program team and share how this service will benefit those you serve.

We will discuss:

·     Accessible Reliability: How the fleet, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV), ensures every rider is served

·     Ease of Use: Flexible options for booking via a smartphone app or by phone

·     Safety & Care: How we keep riders safe through best-in-class driver training focused on ADA requirements and sensitivity

Wednesday, April 15

10 AM - 11 AM

Plano Municipal Center

1520 K Avenue

We look forward to working hand-in-hand with you to shape transit that truly meets our community's needs.
